It’s almost time for the fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, and ahead of it, the legendary boxer has made a shocking revelation that could be used against him in the November 15 matchup.

Tyson admitted that he needed a surgery after a brutal fall eight years ago and, to the surprise of many, he said that it “ruined” his life. He is preparing for the upcoming fight, but this is something that is still bothering him.

The 58-year-old is currently getting ready to fight Paul but he made a quick stop in the All The Smoke podcast, as he has recalled an incident from 2016 when he fell off a hoverboard and all affected his body.

The incident that took a toll

It turned out that the hoverboard was one of his children’s Christmas presents and Mike Tyson jumped on it but then he ended up on the floor. On the podcast he was honest about the situation.

“Listen, today, I was in training hitting the heavy bag and was walking around and there was a skateboard there, my trainer said ‘Mike, stay away from that’ and I’m like ‘Man, you’re crazy’,” Tyson said.

“But yeah, that (hoverboard) ruined my life, I had to get surgery and everything,” he added and maybe this is something that Jake Paul could use to his advantage in their upcoming encounter.
