We are nearing the end of the 2025 Miami Open which means that all of the prize money will soon be handed out to some of the best tennis players in the world.

The ATP Tour‘s best players descended on South Florida for the Miami Open and there is an overall prize pot of $9,193,540 for this edition.

The major star of the Miami Open in regard to the men’s game is Novak Djokovic, with Jannik Sinner not taking part this year.

The men’s final will be played out on Sunday, March 30 with Djokovic coming up against Czech player Jakub Mensik. Djokovic beat Grigor Dimitrov in his semi-final, whilst Mensik knocked out home hero Taylor Fritz.

Djokovic also knocked out an American, beating Sebastian Korda in the quarter-finals.

How much money could Djokovic make?

More than one million dollars will be making its way into Djokovic‘s bank account if he can win the final against Mensik, with the other financial offerings being as follows.

  • Winner: $1,124,380
  • Runner-up: $597,890
  • Semifinalists: $332,160
  • Quarterfinalists: $189,075

Who is in the Women’s Singles Miami Open final?

The women’s singles final will feature an American, with Jessica Pegula coming up against World No.1 Aryna Sabalenka.

The prize money for the men’s and women’s side is the same at the Miami Open, meaning the winner of that match will also get $1,124,380.

Pegula is the daughter of Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula and the fact that the final will take place in the stadium where the Miami Dolphins play was not lost on her.

“Thank you guys so much for coming out. I love playing here. I love playing at home. I love getting wins in the Dolphins‘ stadium, just saying. Sorry guys,” said Pegula while chuckling.

“I always play really well here. I really do, and you guys always come out and support me so much.”
