When asked by USA Today’s Meghan L. Hall who she “stanned” in the world of women’s basketball, the Grammy-winning rapper bypassed the rest of the league’s stars to offer an instant, exclusive endorsement of the Chicago Sky forward:
I feel like everybody knows Angel Reese is my girl. That is my twin.
The rapper highlighted Reese’s relentless work ethic and her ability to dominate both the court and the business world through high-profile collaborations.
To be so athletic and so focused on her craft… she definitely still has an incredible work ethic off the court. I think that’s very cool.
A bond built on “Hot girl” energy
