In the Little League World Series 2025, there are only four spots left. Two decide the international champion and two decide the U.S. Bracket, when two teams that have shown great consistency throughout the tournament will face each other: Fairfield National LL (Connecticut, Metro region) and Summerlin South LL (Nevada, Mountain region).
The winner will advance to the Little World Series, which will be played on Sunday in Williamsport, where they will face the winner of the duel between Asia-Pacific and Caribbean.
How do they get to Connecticut and Nevada?
Metro (Connecticut) arrives undefeated with a 4-0 record, after beating Southwest (1-0), West (5-1), Midwest (13-1) and finally Mountain in the semifinals (7-3).
Mountain (Nevada) suffered its first defeat against Metro in the semifinals, but rebounded in the elimination bracket by defeating Southeast 5-3 to secure its ticket to the final of the U.S. Championship.
Both teams have stood out for their solid pitching and an offense that responds at key moments, which anticipates a duel of the highest level.
