Lexie Hull has become the unexpected talk of the WNBA semifinals as the Indiana Fever guard shows off her striking physical condition, particularly her toned abs that fans could not stop discussing after Sunday’s playoff victory on September 21.

The Fever stunned the Las Vegas Aces with an 89-73 upset in Game 1 of their best-of-five semifinal series, toppling the defending champions and reigning MVP A’ja Wilson in the process.

Hull, one of the few guards left standing on an injury-riddled roster, contributed modestly on the stat sheet with six points, two rebounds, and two assists. Yet her real impact came in her plus/minus rating, the highest on the team.

It was a sign of how effective she was in disrupting the Aces’ rhythm but still, it was her physical appearance that drew much of the attention after the game. Wearing a cropped warm-up top, she revealed chiseled abs that instantly set social media ablaze.

One fan wrote via X.com, formerly Twitter, “Lexie Hull is shredded.”

Whilst another demanded, “We want the routine, Lex!”

And a third added bluntly, “Those abs are insane.”

A fourth wrote, “We want the routine, Lex!”

Fortunately for those looking for her routine are in luck as Hull posted her 10-minute abs finisher on TikTok just last year. You can see how a professional basketballer makes sure she stays in shape.

There, she shared a 10-minute ab finisher routine on TikTok, breaking down the short but intense sequence of exercises she uses to maintain core strength – a clip that has resurfaced during the WNBA Playoffs.

Her dedication to being in shape comes at a key time too as teammates Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham, Sydney Colson, Aari McDonald, and Chloe Bibby all sidelined due to season-ending injuries.

Therefore Hull’s durability has become a crucial asset for the Fever as they look to claim the WNBA championship for the first time in the 23-year-old Clark’s career.
