Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen might not be heading to New Orleans for the Super Bowl, but his path could soon lead to Hollywood. According to Life & Style magazine, the NFL star has caught the attention of film executives who see him as a potential crossover talent, trading touchdowns for the silver screen. Allen’s rising profile, partly fueled by his recent engagement to actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld, has Hollywood buzzing about his future prospects.

Even before his relationship with Steinfeld became public, Allen was already seen as a standout personality in the entertainment world. A source quoted in the report shared, “Josh was emerging as one of the most interesting football stars in Hollywood, especially to studio executives tired of the hype surrounding Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship.”

The source further noted that Allen has “the whole package,” from his on-field highlights to his “matinee idol good looks.” Steinfeld’s own success as a versatile performer, seamlessly transitioning between music and film, only adds to their appeal as a power couple.

While Allen’s NFL career remains his primary focus, his potential Hollywood aspirations seem well within reach. His relationship with Steinfeld is described as a strong foundation for both personal and professional growth. “They’re an especially good match because both are extremely grounded and relentlessly focused on the long game,” said the source. The couple reportedly plans to build a healthy marriage and start a family, with Hollywood opportunities waiting for Allen when he’s ready.

Can he steal the spotlight from Kelce and Swift?

Meanwhile, Travis Kelce, tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, has already dipped his toes into acting. He recently filmed a cameo for the upcoming Happy Gilmore 2, took on a role in the horror series Grotesquerie, and hosted Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? on Amazon Prime.

Despite these ventures, Kelce’s immediate focus remains on football, as his team prepares for the Super Bowl in Louisiana on February 9. A win would make the Chiefs the first franchise in the Super Bowl era to claim three consecutive titles.

Allen’s journey, however, has been marked by playoff heartbreak at the hands of Kelce and the Chiefs in four of the last five seasons. Reflecting on his latest defeat, Allen admitted, “To be the champions, you’ve got to beat the champions, and we didn’t do that tonight.” Kelce himself praised Allen’s talent and leadership, saying, “Josh is a big, athletic quarterback with a huge arm… He’s taken the bull by the horns and is the piece that makes everything go.”
