In the same video, Sims shared more about her current family plans. She emphasized that she is not pregnant and doesn’t foresee becoming pregnant in the near future. She also touched on the emotional challenges she and Koepka have faced.
The couple experienced a heartbreaking loss in 2025 when they announced that their baby’s heart had stopped beating at 16 weeks. Sims‘ openness about this traumatic experience helps explain why she is cautious about publicly sharing any pregnancy news prematurely.
Sims and Koepka’s path to parenthood has included joyful moments as well. Their first son, Crew, was born prematurely in July 2023, and the couple kept the pregnancy private until after his birth. This history, Sims notes, makes it even less likely that she would casually drop a pregnancy announcement on social media.
Though fans speculated about a “rainbow baby,” especially with Crew now around two and a half years old, Sims reminded everyone that family planning doesn’t need to follow conventional timelines. She expressed her contentment with her current life, enjoying motherhood with Crew and focusing on the present rather than rushing into expanding their family.
