The MLB playoffs will once again see the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 2025 World Series. However, despite being one of the most successful franchises in MLB, the Dodgers have only played in 23 World Series, counting both those played in Brooklyn and Los Angeles.

The Dodgers are now looking to emulate none other than the New York Yankees dynasty from 1998 to 2000, as the first Major League team to win the Fall Classic in consecutive campaigns since then

The Dodgers have won only eight World Series titles since winning their first championship as a Brooklyn franchise in 1955.

In 1958, the Dodgers moved to Los Angeles and a year later returned to the World Series to win their first title in California, where history has been kinder to them.
