“Old money never stops,” was how former boxer Floyd Mayweather justified his latest display of incontinence when it comes to giving himself treats on wheels. Treats that he also boasts about on his Instagram account when he hasn’t even taken them out of the dealership.

On this occasion, he went to the TBTFW dealership in Beverly Hills, California, and came out with one of the wildest versions of the Bugatti Chiron, the Pur Sport. In other words, it is the same car that was bought by Karim Benzema and Bad Bunny (although the latter ended up selling it), only with springs 65% stiffer at the front and 33% at the rear, firmer dampers, carbon fiber anti-roll bars, a modified diffuser, a specific rear wing…

1,500 HP

All accompanied by an 8.0-liter 16-cylinder engine that generates 1,500 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, which allows it to go from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.3 seconds, reach 200 km/h from a standstill in 5.5 seconds and reach 300 km/h in 11.9 seconds.

Only 60 examples of this version of the Chiron have been built, customized not only with bespoke specifications, but also with a number on the radiator grille which in this case corresponds to number 26.

More than 4 million euros

We don’t know how much he will have paid for the car because the dealership was quick to remove the offer from its website as soon as Mayweather signed the check. But looking for similar models with very, very low mileage (about 1,000 km) we have found that they are around 4.2 million euros.
