The iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday night were a resounding success for Taylor Swift. The pop music superstar took home six fan-voted honors — including award nods for Best Lyrics and Best Music Video — that further enhance her standing as the mosr decorated singer-songwriter of her generation.

Swift‘s crossover appeal is another factor that makes her unlike any other pop star in 2025. Her highly-publicized romance with Kansas City Chiefs legend Travis Kelce has led to a revenue spike in the NFL; Swift’s presence at Chiefs games has come to be regarded as a “good luck charm” for Kansas City, even after its loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.

Swift has endeared herself to the Kelce family as her relationship with Travis has progressed; during the Chiefs’ run to Super Bowl LVIII last year, she was seen with Travis’ older brother Jason and his wife Kylie, as well as Donna Kelce, Jason and Travis’ mother.

Donna is a real “Swiftie“, a die-hard fan of Swift the artist in addition to Swift the musician. In celebration of Swift taking home seven awards from th iHeartRadio event, Donna took to Instagram to post in celebration of the “Karma” singer’s success.

Swift could not attend the ceremony in person, but she did record a heartfelt statement in acceptance of the “Tour of the Century” award, bestowed in response to her record-smashing Eras Tour in 2023 and 2024.

“People often say that sometimes the greatest challenges in life end up being something you’re so proud of, or end up being the most gratifying feeling in the end, if you can rise to the occasion,” Swift explained. “And this tour was absolutely the most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my life.

“The only reason I was able to take on those challenges, among others — the ambition of the production, the length of the show, the amount of shows, all the different countries we played in — that’s all because the fans,” she continued.
