The victory leaves Djokovic just three matches short of reaching the magical 100-title mark. His next obstacle will be American Sebastian Korda. Between Indian Wells and Miami, he has 98 victories, one less than Rafael Nadal and still far from Roger Federer’s 122The six-time champion of the tournament has had a triumphant return to the Florida TMS where he had not participated since the 2019 edition. To find his last time in the quarter-finals, you have to go back to 2016. There are now 412 matches won in Masters 1000, two more than Nadal, who held the record to date with 410.
