In a heartwarming moment that quickly went viral, Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker made a young fan’s day by stopping at a roadside lemonade stand in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The nine year old boy, Eli, was raising money for “Almost There Rescue,” a local dog adoption nonprofit.

Driving his vintage 1972 blue Chevy K5 Blazer after a photo shoot, Booker noticed the stand and decided to pull over.

Initially, Eli didn’t recognize the NBA star. But as Booker was about to leave, the boy asked, “Are you Devin Booker?” Upon confirmation, Eli exclaimed, “I’m, like, your biggest fan.”

Booker’s act of kindness is a testament to his commitment to the community. Beyond his on-court achievements, including multiple All-Star selections, Booker has been actively involved in charitable endeavors, such as his “Starting 5” initiative, which donates $500,000 annually to improve the lives of youth and families in Arizona.

His contributions have not gone unnoticed. Booker has been selected to multiple All-Star games and played a pivotal role in Team USA’s gold medal victory at the 2024 Paris Olympics, further cementing his status as one of the league’s elite players .
