Terry Bradshaw’s daughter, Erin, is receiving an outpouring of support from NFL fans after a devastating loss earlier this week.

The 38-year-old, a Texas native, experienced a heartbreaking setback when a tornado destroyed one of her loafing sheds and tragically killed a baby horse.

Erin, who developed a passion for horseback riding at a young age, credits her father for sparking her interest in the sport. In a past interview with Cowgirl Magazine, Erin explained how she got into riding.

“My dad put me on a horse when I was 5, and really let me start living that dream. Without him, I don’t really think I would have even started riding,” she explained.

Locals have rallied around the Bradshaw family

This recent loss comes as a difficult blow, but Erin bravely shared the experience with her followers on Instagram.

Early in the morning, Erin revealed that two of her loafing sheds were destroyed, with one collapsing in the mare and baby pasture. Tragically, one baby horse did not survive, and another mare suffered a severe cut on her back leg, while expecting a foal.

She shared, “Not what anyone wants to wake up to, and we are heartbroken to lose a baby, but things could have been worse. I’m glad our home is okay. I have no idea what hit us, but it had a little path through our property and down our road like a small tornado.”

Thankfully, Erin didn’t have to clean up the damage alone. Friends helped with the cleanup, and a vet provided immediate care to the injured mare. While the loss is painful, Erin and her family are grateful that their home and loved ones are safe, and she has expressed appreciation for the support from her followers and community.
