The details of Jadeveon Clowney’s contract with the Dallas Cowboys have been revealed.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Cowboys and Jadeveon Clowney have agreed to a one-year contract worth $3.5 million. The deal is worth up to $6 million with incentives. That’s a great affordable deal for a player who brings much-needed veteran presence to the defensive line rotation

Jadeveon Clowney can help both in quarterback pressure and run defense, and for the defensive line coach, he is a versatile player. Last season, Jadeveon Clowney spent time with the Carolina Panthers. He has also had stints with the Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, Tennessee Titans, Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans. Jadeveon Clowney recorded 5.5 sacks and 46 tackles in 14 games.
