However, various media outlets have reported that friction has begun to emerge between the two businessmen, which would be reflected in White‘s exclusion from the promotion of the fight between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford
Regarding the rumors accusing him of not promoting the highly anticipated fight between Alvarez and Crawford, Dana White has spoken out, noting how boxing works behind the scenes, highlighting his active role as a promoter.
Alalshikh had previously announced that the undisputed super middleweight title fight would take place on September 13 and would be promoted by him and White. However, he later revealed that Sela will promote the fight as part of the Riyadh season, raising questions about White’s role.
