Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. is one of the most exciting prospects in soccer worldwide, with the 15-years-old looking to continue the legacy of his legendary father, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo Jr. is currently playing as a left-winger, the same position his dad occupied early in his career. And his playing on the field has attracted attention from scouts of top European clubs, including powerhouses like Manchester United and Tottenham.

Other teams like RB Leipzig, Inter Milan, Juventus, and Atalanta have also expressed interest in the very skillful teenager, who has been under constant worldwide scrutiny for being the father of Cristiano. So far, the young man has been pretty impressive on the field.

Ronaldo Jr. makes IShowSpeed look silly

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. caused quite an impression on famous YouTuber IShowSpeed back on February 2024. The American influencer attended a Riyadh Cup between Al-NassrCristiano Ronaldo‘s former team – and Inter Miami, the franchise lead by soccer superstar Lionel Messi.

IShowSpeed posted a video of himself training alongside Ronaldo Jr. and taking him one-on-one for a friendly scrimmage. The youngster showed accuracy, speed, and skills with the ball, which got the influencer upset. At one point, Speed tried to grab Ronaldo Jr. but the soccer player got away, making his rival stumble and fall, looking silly along the way.

While some scouts have reported that the teenager has looked a bit clumsy at times, it’s understandable because he’s tall – standing at 6 feet – and his body is still developing. The pressure on the kid is enormous, and achieving just 1% of what his father accomplished would already be a massive feat.

Cristiano is still going strong a 40

Cristiano Ronaldo recently shared that his chapter is over with Al-Nassr, saying goodbye to the club he joined in 2022. At 40-years-old, the Portuguese sensation is still going strong in the soccer field and one of the biggest reasons for his success happens to be related to the sleep quality he gets.

The striker has a very strict sleep routine, as he himself recognises in various interviews, as he has recently done in a podcast for Whoop. He’s an example of how sleep affects our physical and mental state. In fact, it is the only time when you can recover from both physical and mental activity. Moreover, it is essential if you are looking for effective sports performance, especially in those more demanding sports

Ronaldo says that, thanks in part to his discipline with sleep (and other healthy habits he incorporates into his life), he manages to maintain a biological age well below his actual age. It is also worth noting that his sleep routine is very strict, sleeping around seven hours a day and keeping a more or less regular schedule
