The second quarter of the game between the Warriors and the Pistons had to be delayed a few minutes after the fire alarm went off. A message appeared on the video scoreboard alerting fans and asking them to orderly leave the Chase Center.

Hundreds of fans got up from their seats and began to quickly climb the stands towards the main lobby. After a few moments it was announced again that it was a false alarm.

Players from both teams remained on their benches as they looked on in disbelief without anyone telling them anything. Although nothing eventually happened, the game was delayed by about five minutes.
