Saul Canelo Alvarez is once again getting all the attention, not because of his fights, but because of his comments. The Mexican fighter has commented on who he thinks is the best boxer of all time and has generated controversy. Who did he choose?
Although Canelo has his fight against William Scull in mind -which could make him the undisputed super middleweight champion for the second time- he has not stopped talking about it.
In a chat with GQ, Alvarez had no hesitation in declining to go for boxing legend Muhammad Ali:

What’s Canelo’s next adventure?
Alvarez could step into the ring twice this year: in August he will fight Scull, and in September he could face Terence Crawford.
The truth is that he has also achieved great things in his career: he has managed to win different titles in not only one, but in four different categories. Besides, he only tasted the bitter taste of defeat twice out of the 66 times he stepped into the ring, against Floyd Mayweather and Dmitry Bivol. With these fights in mind, Canelo hopes to keep his defeats intact. Will he make it?
