Los Angeles Sparks forward Cameron Brink stunned her teammates during a recent practice when she drove toward the basket, rose just a little higher than expected and delivered a smooth, effortless dunk one that didn’t require a dramatic leap but still left her Sparks teammates in disbelief at how clean and simple it looked on a 6 foot 4 athlete.
Brink, drafted second overall by the Sparks in 2024, has already shown her promise as a dynamic forward with size, skill and defensive timing. After a successful rookie debut, her first WNBA season was cut short by a torn ACL, but she returned to play in 2025, appearing in 19 games and contributing defensively with blocks and rebounds as she works back to full strength.

With the 2026 WNBA season approaching, set to begin in May, the Sparks are preparing for another competitive campaign with Brink as a key piece of their young core.
