Caitlin Clark shares her experience attending a Chiefs game with Taylor Swift

Surreal as it may sound, Taylor Swift is having an effect around the world. Caitlin Clark, the WNBA star, longed to attend a Chiefs game with Taylor and luckily for her, her wish came true a few weeks ago.

It was a surprise for everyone to see Caitlin in the box seat with Taylor, something that caused a lot of buzz and attention not only at the Chiefs game, but also from outside.

The two could be seen chatting and enjoying the spectacle of the Kansas City Chiefs as the Mahomes and Kelce team came out on top.

Mind you, it wasn’t just Caitlin‘s desire to hang out with Swift, she’s also a Chiefs fan, so it was basically the perfect setting for the two to click.

Clark shares details about watching Chiefs game with Taylor Swift

In a chat on the “Swarmcast” podcast, the Indiana Fever player talked a little bit about her big desire to see Kansas City with the artist of the moment: “I’m a huge Chiefs fan. I’ve been a huge Chiefs fan, and obviously Taylor is a huge Chiefs fan, too, so it was fun,” she said.

It was cute to see how excited Swift was. Getting to share that, I was like, ‘Oh my God, I love this! She loves the Chiefs as much as me. Like, this is incredible! We had so much fun, and honestly it was the perfect game. The Chiefs won, it was close at halftime, Travis scores a huge touchdown for the Chiefs, we ended up winning. There was nothing crazy that happened, and we felt confident as it got to the end

Taylor is human, too

Caitlin went on to say that her experience with Swift was very nice and wholesome, regardless of the singer’s star status: “Taylor is very sweet and very kind, and it’s a good reminder that people in our position… we’re very normal. Sometimes our lives are not normal, but we are very normal people and we enjoy doing fun things,” the Indiana Fever player explained.
