Skipping the Unrivaled 3-on-3 women’s basketball league, the former Iowa star made her way to the Ignite game to cheer on Indiana’s newest professional volleyball team.
Clark and McCaffery, an assistant coach for Butler men’s basketball, were seen applauding the players and enjoying the game’s lively atmosphere. A snapshot shared by the Fever captured the couple in the stands, with Clark indulging in a bag of Sour Patch Kids.
The Ignite delivered a dominant performance, sweeping the Grand Rapids Rise 25-18, 28-16, 25-16. The victory marked their second consecutive win in the Pro Volleyball Federation, solidifying their strong start to the season.
After the game, Clark posed for photos with the team, highlighting her commitment to supporting women’s athletics.

The Ignite players were thrilled to have Clark in attendance, with several expressing their excitement during postgame interviews.
“She’s probably one of the most popular people in the world in the past year, so we’re glad she came,” Azhani Tealer shared. “We’re thankful for that. She’s always welcome back, obviously.”
Tealer also joked about the high demand for photos when someone like Clark attends: “We’re in a position where we’re not Caitlin Clark. When we take one photo, we’re gonna [have to take] 10 million.”
Leketor Member-Meneh emphasized the importance of mutual support among female athletes, stating, “Women supporting women in women’s sports is very, very, very, very important… Huge shoutout to all the women who are coming out and supporting us, and just know we’re giving it right back when we can.”
