Brittany Mahomes is one of the most inspirational public figures, as she has set the standard for modern mothers and family leaders… and she’s not stopping anytime soon.

The former certified personal trainer and fitness entrepreneur has always had a very competitive spirit, which explains her professional and personal success.

The Texas native and former collegiate soccer player – she competed internationally as a professional soccer player for one year in Iceland – founded Kansas City Current, which plays for the National Women’s Soccer League.

Brittany Mahomes shows great gym technique

Brittany Mahomes shared with her 2.1 million followers on Instagram that she began lifting heavy again, after suffering a back injury back on March 2024. The wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and mother of three children – Sterling Skye, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, and Golden Raye – said last year that her injury was related to pelvic floor issues she experienced after having children.

She has since recovered and is back to her normal activities, emphasizing the importance of pelvic floor health for mothers. On her latest Instagram story, Brittany shows the work she has put on the gym alongside coach Kirsty Rae, who has experienced the transformative power of weightlifting, mobility, and breathwork.

“One of my favorite parts of this job is helping people feel better, physically and mentally, and this has been such a rewarding process with Britt. I just love sharing client wins/success!,” wrote Rae, as she commented Mahomes‘ video on social media.

Brittany Mahomes focuses her passion on creating exercise and training programs for people of all states on their fitness journeys and works to empower those to become the best version of themselves.

An advocate for women in sports and a leader in the Kansas City community, Brittany has always had her eyes on bringing the NWSL back to the Missoury city. Her competitive drive and passion for the game of soccer bring a new energy to the club’s ownership group.

She shares the Longs’ commitment to continue building a championship mentality in Kansas City for years to come. Brittany obtained a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler.
