For Paul, the real question is whether he truly believes he can take down such an iconic competitor. As part of a promotional event, Jake and his brother Logan participated in a lie detector test, aiming to clear up some popular questions.

When asked if he thought Tyson‘s age would impact the outcome, Jake confidently answered no, with the test confirming his honesty.

But when asked if he believed he could actually win, his answer triggered the lie detector’s red light, suggesting underlying doubts about the challenge.

A nervous Jake?

Chael Sonnen, former UFC fighter, weighed in on the footage in a recent video. He humorously noted how Logan seemed fully confident in his brother’s ability to beat Tyson.

Sonnen, however, picked up on Jake’s apparent nervousness, suggesting that Jake’s hesitation signals a respectful caution toward Tyson’s strength, regardless of age.

Jake Paul failed,” Sonnen said. “He has an anxiety. He has an emotion, something that was picked up by this machine.”

With the November 15 fight at AT&T Stadium approaching, fans and commentators have questioned the fairness of the match, given Tyson’s age.

However, Jake’s cautious approach and respect for Tyson’s legacy reveal that he’s treating this as a serious match rather than an easy victory.
