Mortgages represented 70.2% of U.S. consumer debt in 2024 (per Lending Tree). So, when your child, who has converted herself into a true WNBA superstar, pays your mortgage it is hard not to break yourself into tears.
Angel Reese, Chicago Sky player, announced her mom during the Unapologetically Angel podcast that she won’t need to worry anymore for the debt.
It was the best gift for the former Maryland NCAA player, Angel Webb Reese. She played college basketball for UMBC, where she was inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame and her number #10 jersey was retired.
The announce came at the end of the episode, which was taped on Mama Reese’s birthday. It was a true contribution for her; it takes her for surprise but it is a symbol for the Sky’s player effort and hard work on court.
