Alix Earle offered a look into the reality of Super Bowl weekend, pulling back the curtain on the long nights and nonstop schedule that came with being part of the league’s biggest week.
In a new Instagram video posted Monday, the social media star shared how little rest she got and how intense the pace became after several days of events in the lead-up to Super Bowl LX.
Earle shared the update in a “Get Ready With Me” video as she prepared for Super Bowl night, walking followers through her makeup routine while recounting the previous evening.
The video came one day after she attended Fanatics‘ Super Bowl party, one of the most high-profile events of the weekend.
“I did not go to bed until six last night,” Earle said. “In the party, there was this big dance floor. Everyone was dancing. Tried not to have too many drinks last night because I knew we were going to be up and active today.
“Yesterday was a little brutal for me in the morning. It feels like one night of going out is great, but when it’s multiple things in a row, day and night, day and night, it just becomes a lot.”
Despite the exhaustion, Earle framed the experience positively, emphasising the freedom and spontaneity that came with Super Bowl week. She described the weekend as a chance to step outside her routine and meet people she might not otherwise cross paths with.
“Just being a little bit more carefree and just going out, talking to people,” Earle said. “I feel like the luckiest girl in the world that I get to do this and be with all my friends and we are just having the best time ever.”
Viral dance clip adds another layer to Super Bowl buzz
Earle‘s reflective video arrived shortly after a separate moment from the Fanatics party gained traction online. She was seen dancing closely with Tom Brady, a clip that quickly spread after being shared by gossip account Deuxmoi.
The reaction from NFL fans was immediate and largely critical, with many focusing on the age difference between the two. Comment sections filled with remarks such as “Old enough to be her dad” and “ick is thick,” turning a brief party moment into a broader online discussion.
The clip was not the first time Earle and Brady had been spotted at the same event. The pair were previously seen together on December 31 at a party in St. Barts, though the sighting drew far less attention at the time.
Super Bowl week, however, brought a far brighter spotlight and much louder reaction.
Brady has been single since 2022 following his divorce from Gisele Bundchen, while Earle entered Super Bowl weekend newly single as well.
She ended her relationship with Braxton Berrios in December. Berrios plays for the Houston Texans, and the couple had been publicly linked before their split.
