Alexis Ohanian, the Reddit co-founder, is known for his vocal advocate for women’s sports; but his main job is being a proud father and recently showed how seriously he takes that role in a physically exhausting day with his eldest daughter.
The 41-year-old often shares updates on his life as a dad, and recently he shared a glimpse into his weekend with Olympia as their day was filled with a mix of sports, baking, and memorable family moments.
“Weekend things,” Ohanian posted to Instagram, with a series of activities showing their habits and plans. It was a busy few days and that may have even left his wife and ex-professional athlete, Serena Williams, out of breath.
The parent and child even got creative in the kitchen, trying their hand at baking by turning to AI to make a homemade cake in another interesting and fun activity for the young kid, who was born in 2017.

But they also made sure to stay in touch with their traditions too by heading to the golf course, which both of them adore. Ohanian sums up his duties by proudly referring to himself as a “daddy caddy”.
For Olympia’s last birthday, she received golf clubs from none other than Tiger Woods himself as the sport becomes an integral part of Olympia‘s life, adding that it’s another piece of the legacy he and Serena are building for their family.
Could we eventually see Olympia on the Ladies Professional Golf tour? That’s a long way off yet but if the youngster keeps up her passions then who knows where she might end up. She could find herself challenging Nelly Korda in the future.
And she has a good base to work from as her parents also co-own the Los Angeles Golf Club (LAGC) along with Venus Williams, Olympia’s auntie. So from sports to baking, Ohanian’s weekends with Olympia are always packed with excitement and novelty.
