Aaron Judge has confessed his greatest mission with the Yankees in the near future under the influence of none other than Derek Jeter.
The Judge took advantage of the break in the 2025 MLB All-Star Game to talk about something beyond his statistics.

Citing Derek Jeter as his source of inspiration, Aaron Judge said: “I’m just trying to keep the Yankees’ legacy going and do everything the right way… I’m following Derek Jeter’s lead. I wouldn’t say I’m the guy. I’m just another guy. The way [Jeter] did it, the way he played the game… staying out of the spotlight, doing everything the right way-I’m just trying to follow his lead”.

With a .396 batting average and 35 home runs, Aaron Judge achieved his seventh season with a WAR greater than 5.0, surpassing Derek Jeter‘s six seasons in that category, which puts him in fifth place in team history, behind only legends such as Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Mickey Mantle and Joe DiMaggio.
