Alexander Zverev had to work hard to reach the second round of the Australian Open. The third seed and finalist in last year’s Australian Open was forced to come from a set down against Canada’s Gabriel Diallo to close out a 6-7(1), 6-1, 6-1, 6-2 victory
Zverev was asked to marry a fan in the stands through a banner. Sascha took the request with his particular sense of humor: “Where is my ring dude? I’m not that cheap.”
